Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pomi Town ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the game Pomi Town and any other game we publish on the Amazon Appstore (each a "Game").
1. The short version
- Our Games do not collect, send, store on our servers or share any personal data. We never sell data.
- No ads of any kind.
- No in-app purchases.
- No accounts, no sign up, no chat and no email collection.
- No analytics, no tracking and no crash reporting services.
- The Games work offline.
2. Data stored on your device
Your characters, their clothes, the items in each place, coins and sound settings are saved only on your device in the Game's private storage. We run no game servers and cannot see this data. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
3. Amazon DRM license check and age signal
Our Games use the Amazon Appstore SDK to confirm that the Game was obtained from the Amazon Appstore (a DRM license check). The Game may also ask the Amazon Appstore app on the device for an age or parental consent signal, so it can respect parental settings. Both checks happen on the device with the Amazon Appstore app and are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive your name, your Amazon account details, your age or any other personal information from these checks.
4. Permissions
Our Games request no special permissions. They do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
5. Children's privacy
Pomi Town is made for children and families. Because the Games do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). There are no ads, no purchases, no accounts, no chat and no links that let a child share information. Grown-up settings are behind a parent gate. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Emails you send us
If you write to our support address, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and we delete the conversation when it is no longer needed. We never add you to a mailing list.
7. This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data (such as IP address) that any web server receives.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
